· We primarily deal in wholesale, supplying full catalogs at wholesale rates.
· However, select single-piece items are available in our WhatsApp group for resellers.
3. How long does delivery take?
· Orders are dispatched within 2-3 days.
· Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method, typically taking 3-7 working days.
4. What if my order is delayed?
· In case of any unexpected delays due to stock unavailability or logistical issues, we will inform you in advance.
5. What is your return policy?
· We do not accept returns on wholesale orders.
· If an item is missing from your parcel, you must provide a parcel opening video to claim compensation.
6. Can I cancel my order after payment?
· Orders cannot be canceled after payment is made.
· However, customers can exchange their order for other products of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-value item.
7. How can I track my order?
· Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number for real-time shipment tracking.
8. What shipping methods do you use?
· India Post (₹45 per kg, default option)
· Courier: ₹40 per kg (Gujarat) / ₹80-100 per kg (other states)
· Transport: Available for orders of 30 pieces or more (contact via WhatsApp for details)
