·         All orders are subject to stock availability.

·         We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Order & Payment

·         Orders must be placed through our website or via WhatsApp.

·         Full payment must be made before order processing and dispatch.

·         Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.

·         Once an order is placed and payment is received, cancellations are not allowed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

·         Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days after payment confirmation.

·         Shipping charges are based on weight and location:

o    India Post: ₹45/kg (default shipping method)

o    Courier (Gujarat): ₹40/kg

o    Courier (Outside Gujarat): ₹80-100/kg

o    Transport: Minimum order of 30 pieces required

·         Delivery timelines vary based on location and shipping method.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

·         Wholesale purchases are non-returnable.

·         If an item is missing from the parcel, claims must be made with an unboxing video as proof.

·         Defective or incorrect items will be replaced only after verification.

5. Privacy Policy

·         Customer data is securely stored and never shared with third parties except for order fulfillment purposes.

·         By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

·         YES Fashion Hub is not responsible for delays due to courier services, transport strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

·         We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred after the parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider.

·         These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

·         Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Rajkot, Gujarat.
